History

Paradygm Consulting has been in business for over 25 years with a focus on ISO-based standards as well as industry-specific standards such as the R2 Recycling Standard. Our focus is to work with small to medium-sized businesses that are looking to implement management systems.

We have worked with over 200 clients, including IT refurbishers, asset management companies and IT service providers, and we pride ourselves on a no-nonsense approach to implementing the R2 Standard. We have a 100% track record of clients achieving R2 Certification within the first attempt, and we offer Guaranteed Certification within the first attempt. Paradygm Consulting is a SERI Approved Consultant.

Adam Malik, Partner

As a founding partner of Paradygm Consulting, Adam's focus is on higher-level standards such as the R2 Recycling Standard and on guiding clients to successful certification. As an experienced consultant and trained auditor for many different standards, he makes sure requirements are implemented effectively for continued client success.
